On 18 February Fr Walter informed the General Presidium that Fr Garcia would no longer be able to take responsibility in Team 2014 for health reasons, and that the team would have to be re-formed. The General Presidium was therefore invited at short notice to a discussion on 6 March in the Covenant House.
