Yesterday, for a gathering, I took on the task of preparing one day of a novena with the subject for that day being: Gratitude. The application arrived quickly on the following day.
Monday I went swimming, I did this and that, and when I returned home, my important documents were missing.
What a scare! I blocked them all. Before going to the Residents’ Registration Office and the Drivers’ License Office to renew everything, I returned to the swimming pool to ask if anything had been found.
I prayed to heaven: now it is your turn, miracles must still exist; this would save me a lot of procedures and money.
A swimming pool employee took me to the Security Office – and my small portfolio with all the documents was there!
This quick answer to my prayer impressed me.
Someone had found the portfolio and turned it in for safekeeping. Unfortunately I could not thank this person personally, but I can and I will: pray for that person.
Place everything before God. He will take care of you.
