The triennium has begun: One hundred torches illuminated the Original shrine

mkf. The triennium has begun! On the afternoon of October 17th, representatives of the international Schoenstatt Family began the triennium of preparation for 2014 with a pilgrimage from Father’s tomb to the Original Shrine. The protagonists of the event were youth and young families from different countries, especially among them was the group of missionaries, who belong to the German Schoenstatt Youth. Father Heinrich Walter officially declared the beginning of the triennium. Thousands of people around the world were in tune with the Original Shrine through the live transmission and by the material that had been sent to national leaders; the pilgrimage prayer was prayed for the first time and the jubilee motto: Your covenant our mission, was proclaimed.
