More than 200 men from all of Argentina and from Chile will meet in Nueve de Julio during the weekend of the 19-21, for the 8th National Gathering of the Madrugadores.
The founders of los Madrugadores, Octavio Galarce (international) and Roberto Horat (Argentina) will participate. Moreover, speakers such as Bishop Ariel Torrado Mosconi, Bishop of Nueve de Julio, Fr. Guillermo Cassone, a Schoenstatt Father from Tucumán; Fr. Manolo Prieto, Marianist priest from Nueve de Julio; and Fr. Mamerto Meapace OSB will participate.
The motto chosen for the gathering was: “Seeking Mary’s Shelter”. They will pray a rosary together while they go on pilgrimage through the streets of the city. Afterwards there will be a Mass in the cathedral, celebrated by two bishops and 12 priests will con-celebrate.
These are times to go out to encounter the people of Nueve de Julio and to give witness to the strong current of masculine piety at the service of the Church
Several local and national news portals are announcuing the event that for the first time ever is happening in the city of Nueve de Julio.
