COSTA RICA, Marianella C. de Montero. On Monday, August 19th, a “Community renewal of the Marriage Covenant” with approximately forty couples was held at Immaculate Conception in Pinares with many families present.
It was a simple, sober ceremony filled with the presence of the Holy Spirit. Surely, Father Kentenich would be very happy to see the hearts of these couples, who in Covenant with Mary, renewed their vows of love and loyalty thanks to Father Kentenich’s pedagogy and self-education that they have cultivated during their years of marriage.

Each couple approached the altar with their coat of arms, which had been carefully designed in advance. Their IDEAL as a COUPLE and the elements that they are most interested in conquering to reach holiness were placed on this coat of arms. They presented their desires in a letter, enlightened with the light of the Holy Spirit.
Upon experiencing something like this that made them feel as if they were in heaven, one can only say, once again: Mary, how much you love them! They definitely know that You have a place in this homeland, in their homes, but above all in their hearts. It is good that in the world of today, this good news can be spread everywhere. They desire to be holy couples and families: Of course this is possible!!!
