Pilgrimage from the USA in Schoenstatt

Pilgrims in front of House Marienau mkf. After visiting the Holy Land, Rome, Assisi, and many other places of grace in Europe, a group of some fifty pilgrims from several states in the USA arrived at Schoenstatt Sunday night, July 25th. During the following days, they wanted to enjoy what for many of them was the actual goal of this pilgrimage: the Original Shrine and so many other places in Schoenstatt that are marked by nearly 100 years of the Covenant of Love, sealed by Fr Kentenich and a flock of young men on October 18, 1914, in this Shrine.

She, who lost her home in New Orleans because of Hurricane Katrina, has found her home in the Shrine…

Despite the rain and then some pretty hot days, the pilgrims – who returned home on Friday – enjoyed their time in Schoenstatt.
