ENGLAND, Fr David Musgrave/org. Pentecost, the birthday of the Church, the Feast of God`s outreach to all nations, to all people, to all generations, to all walks of life. Solemnity of the mission, solemnity of being set ablaze to spread the reality of Jesus Christ`s love and surrender to the ends of the earth. “Enkindle in us anew the fire of love”, is prayed in the international Pilgrimage Prayer for 2014 (a sentence that inspires to give it lecture as Pentecost Prayer…).        Read More

Toward 2014 – in Covenant with Finland

mev. The Blessed Mother wants to reach even the most unimaginable corners of the planet!  This was the feeling that was experienced this Saturday in the Original Shrine at 7:15 a.m., when everyone present united in prayer for the nascent Schoenstatt Family in Finland.  Missionaries of the Schoenstatt Rosary Campaign from the Philippines and Poland are beginning to establish the campaign among the residents in spite of the small percentage (0.2%) of Catholic inhabitants.    Read More

Guinea-Mission

PORTUGAL, Filipa Costa/fma. With great joy, selflessness and dedication, 30 volunteers will embark on an adventure of discovery as volunteers to Guinea-Bissau. The project Guinea-Mission started with the Girls' Youth in Lisbon, who want to go beyond their borders to give their "yes" to the invitation of Guinea's Bishop Pedro Zilli. On Saturday 12 February 2011, the holy Mass "On Pilgrimage to 2014" was celebrated in Covenant with Guinea-Bissau. There is a Schoenstatt Pilgrim Mother Campaign in Guinea-Bissau. She somehow arrived in that country, where sheRead More
PORTUGAL, Maria de Lurdes Paredes. In one-way or another, we feel imprisoned much of the time, without the freedom that all men desire. I think that serving a prison sentence is one of the harshest possible realities. I thought long and hard about taking up this apostolate. I was motivated by the translation of a reflection/prayer on Fr. Kentenich's testimony in Dachau, where he went of his own free will to give his life for his friends, but always with an unshakeable faith in Divine Providence andRead More
