“Habemus schoenstatt.org”

Nuevo diseño de la pagina - nuevo dominio - el mismo espiritomkf. “Congratulations, I was waiting for that address!” writes Father Pedro Kuhlcke from Paraguay on Facebook. “That” address is www.schoenstatt.org which was presented to the international public on May 8th – with a renewed design, new offerings, renewed technology, a new legally responsible group (Team 2014), and the same spirit and the same team of collaborators from the previous webpage.

Thanks to the collaboration of many persons – “Team 2014” in the first place, the Schoenstatt Fathers from Argentina (especially Father Juan Pablo Catoggio) who gave us the domain and kept it for us until February with the help of Jorge Castro Calou, the collaboration of Fabrizio Usai (Italy), Manuel López Naón (Argentina) and many more, our international webpage – until now called schoenstatt.de – now becomes even more international and belonging to all of us when it becomes SCHOENSTATT.ORG , in this way placing itself even more at the service of the entire Schoenstatt Family on the great pilgrimage toward 2014 – and, beyond our Family, for all those who allow themselves to be inspired and motivated by the life it transmits.

With the technology movement to schoenstatt.org , realized by Fabrizio Usai with the incomparable help of Methfessel Computers on behalf of the hosting (to have an idea: Saturday, at 9:30 PM, we became aware that almost all of the webspace of 1 GB had been used – and only lacking the movement of three languages – and at 9:35 PM, we obtained the amplification to 5 GB). Today we really have an international webpage in the hands of a responsible team with an international vocation.

Life is set afire with life

With the same spirit and the same team as always, schoenstatt.org will be even more at the service of the life of our Schoenstatt Family and its mission: a universal Schoenstatt, a Schoenstatt beyond the walls, a Schoenstatt present in the world, a Schoenstatt as an international family, open to communicating with others, not only to become known to others, but especially to share ideas, activities, graces, experiences among everyone so that, someday, all this engenders more life…..in other words, revive FATHER KENTENICH’S MTA MAGAZINE, “by the way,” a magazine which was founded 95 years ago this year.

“With the same quality and warmth as always”

El P. Esteban Uriburu, "patrono" de schoenstatt.org The Director of the Schoenstatt Movement in Argentina, Father Javier Arteaga, was one of the first to comment on the change: “CONGRATULATIONS! It is a beautiful webpage, renewed in its form but with the same quality and warmth as always. Thank you for continuing to unite and inform the International Family and the entire Church from Schoenstatt.” Likewise, María Elena Vilches, one of the webpage collaborators, writes: “What good news! You don’t know how emotional this is! So many sacrifices are bearing fruitfulness!”

For some collaborators from Argentina, it is a special gift on the feast day of Our Lady of Luján: “A great gift for the Argentineans, on the day of Our Lady of Luján, Patroness of Argentina who undoubtedly is also interested in this site where we all meet.” Others saw the hand of Father Esteban Uriburu behind this…..” the Christopher Columbus” of Schoenstatt, on the eve of his birthday…

Father Antonio Cosp, Director of the Schoenstatt Movement in Paraguay, has accompanied and supported this entire process very closely. He writes: “An historic day and an historic hour!!!!! I immediately entered the web and can see a great deal of work behind it…..I now expect that with less struggles (the reporters cannot live without them) and with much holiness = consecration = belonging to the world of the MTA, you and your team can offer this service fully. My blessing to you and your companions in struggle.”

From Germany, Fr. Egon Zillekens ( member of the Schoenstatt International Presidium on behalf of the Priests of the Federation), writes: “Congratulations to the editors of schoenstatt.org for this step of development in the communication, information and dialogue in our International Family.”

Change of links

Download de fotos clásicasLastly, a request: change the link and help that on the other Schoenstatt webpages and beyond, the links are also changed to the international schoenstatt.org webpage.

On the other hand, in the first place, it is worthwhile to stress that this webpage – www.schoenstatt.org – functions by its visitors, it functions from the work of hundreds of volunteer collaborators, and from donations also as well (some 3,000 Euros are needed yearly to maintain the webpage and all its related services), but especially: this webpage functions from the life which we all share.

This is already news on our webpage: www.schoenstatt.org/media
