Christmas Campaign of solidarity in Móstole

SPAIN, Juan Zaforas. For one more year, the youths of the Schoenstatt Movement in Madrid want to take a ray of hope from the Shrine to families and people who really need it. They do it through the Christmas campaign in Móstoles.

Everyone could participate by asking for the name of a family, and they were given a list of suggested food items so that the Christmas box will be abundant and that will help them to celebrate the holidays in a fitting manner.

The boxes were prepared by being wrapped or decorated as they liked. Moreover, Christmas snacks for that day (pastries, candy) and cash money to give each family a chicken or a barbecued chicken for those who live alone or in the street they were also asked for.

The boxes were distributed in the Shrines of Madrid/Serrano or in Pozuelo up until and including December 6th.

Prayers for the campaign and the families or people who are receiving this help of solidarity are also greatly appreciated.
