In Thanksgiving

ARGENTINA, Claudia Lell. On the afternoon of December 28th, the Crespo Rosary Campaign celebrated the last Mass of the year “in thanksgiving for the work carried out during the year.”

The Mass was held at the John Paul II Hall, the same venue, where they began in 2011. There is also a wayside shrine at this place, where the Blessed Mother is crowned as Queen of the Missionaries. They began the celebration with a rosary meditation, which was very touching with each person expressing their personal or group intentions. After the Holy Mass, they unfurled a poster with the phrase “Nothing without you, nothing without us” (it was artistically painted by their own hands) not only as another complement to the place, but rather, as a commitment to always rely on the Blessed Mother.

A fruitful year

In his homily, Father Juan Frank, who always recalls knowing Father Kentenich personally, congratulated them for the excellent work they carried out. He accompanied them throughout the year in the different liturgical celebrations that they carried out at the wayside shrines of the city and neighboring towns. He also supported each project, such as visiting the homes of the elderly, or Masses celebrated in the small communities. These Masses were celebrated in different homes, and neighbors attended them, especially grandparents, who no longer can participate in parish activities.

They wanted to express their gratitude to the Blessed Mother for so many things!

Looking toward the New Year

They wanted to bid farewell to the year as a large family always around their mother. They reiterated: “The Virgin does not want to do anything without us, who are her feet, her hands, her lips, her small and humble instruments, and we cannot do anything without Her, our strength and our guide”.

“Nothing without you, Mother, nothing without us”. During 2012, which is a little closer to the centenary, they offer Her their willingness to continue the mission.
