Quality through Originality. Because each of us is different

GERMANY, fma. “Quality through originaility. Because each of us is different”. This is the heading for a meeting that will take place on coming 26 November, the “Jour fixe for leaders” at Schoenstatt auf’m Berg, Memholz. The “Jour fixe” for business people and leaders with the motto “How we form the future” is an initiative of the IKAF (International Academy for Leaders). If offers leaders time and space for talks on subjects dealing with leading businesses and staff, and based on Fr Kentenich’s pedagogy. Afterwards there is time for a discussion and a light snack. The “Jour fixe” is a practical project of a covenant culture aimed at shaping the world, and until now has taken place in Memholz (Germany) and Quarten (Switzerland).

Fr Kentenich’s pedagogy is practical and applicable in leading staff, as many leaders have experienced. Wherever it is lived, a climate of joy, freedom and growth is created.

Three hours on Saturday afternoon

The idea is very simple: A Saturday afternoon, three hours with an open ending during a buffet and exchange of views: a window of time that, as the participants have confirmed unanimously, that simply fits in. And it really does fit in because also the marriage partner and children can come (the children have their own programme).

The various talks are independent of each other as far as subject matter is concerned. Each talk on a specific subject also gives a number of examples from the everyday life of a business leader, as well as practical tips.

From practitioner for practitioners – the keynote address amplifies Fr Kentenich’s pedagogy as an instrument serving the everyday life of a leader.

The “Jour fixe” for business people and leaders takes place in Memholz, Germany, and in Quarten, Switzerland, and is supported by members of the IKAF.

A special treat at the “Jour fixe” on 26 November (2.30-5-30 p.m.): “If you come earlier or leave later, or both, there is still the possibility to enjoy a very special Advent Market, which will be taking place for the first ime at Schoenstatt auf’m Berg, Memholz.”
