On May 20th, the European Auxiliary arrived at Santu (the Schoenstatt Shrne in Valldoreix, Barcelona). The apostles welcomed Her with flowers and songs. It was a Garden of Apostles who awaited the Virgen. The Blessed Mother wanted her Apostles here and a mother was also present. It was an intimate, simple, tender arrival in a family atmosphere.
It was a great day in the New Pentecost Shrine
May 22nd was a great day at the New Pentecost Shrine of Barcelona: United with thousands of people, who during these days, also proclaimed Mary as “Queen of the education of the new man and of the family”, hundreds of pilgrims renewed the trusting giving of self to the Heavenly Father by crowning the Virgin.
During the Eucharist, celebrated by the Bishop of the Diocese of Terrassan, Monsignor Joseph Ángel, concelebrated with Father Carlos Padilla, and at the moment of the crowning, our hearts were flooded with the grace of God experienced in community.
Everyone was united by the same desire: to place all the trust of children into the Virgin’s hands and to present to Her, our Queen, all our suffering and joys, what we are and what we have. We present ourselves as docile instruments to work for the Kingdom of God on earth.

We prayed especially for World Youth Day, so that Mary will be the Queen of the young hearts and so they will grow in faith and in love for God.
Mother Thrice Admirable Queen and Victress of Schoenstatt, Queen of the new evangelization, receive the crown. You, evangelize our hearts, our families, our land, evangelize entire Europe.

What is happening around the Shrine of Valldoreix?
Since the Shrine of Valldoreix celebrated its 10th Anniversary, the Medina’s have maintained the “Santu blog”, and two years ago the family manifested the need for a web page, that thanks to the selfless collaboration of Carmen and Xavier Sitges, they are trying to move it forward. Their point of reference is the Kentenich Decalogue of Communication written by Sister Kornelia, Monina Crivelli, and Father Antonio Cosp.
