Sorrow for the death of three students of the Mount Tabor and Nazareth School in Santiago

CHILE/ARGENTINA, mkf. The death of three Chilean sisters caused great sorrow; the students and ex-students of Mount Tabor and Nazareth School in Santiago, died in Argentina on Wednesday, February 16th in an automobile accident in the area of Villa Mercedes, province of San Luis, when they were returning with their family from vacation on the coast of Argentina.

 

 

The community of Mount Tabor and Nazareth School in Las Condes, Santiago, were impacted with the news and they published a message of condolence for the family and the students on their Internet web page.

Throughout the afternoon of Thursday, the Schoenstatt Movement held rosaries and time of prayer in the Shrine of Campanario, where several moments of sadness and sorrow were experienced. On Thursday, at 5:00 p.m. a memorial Mass was held for the three young girls, who died.

Prayers were also said for the deceased girls and their family at the Original Shrine in Schoenstatt. The girls were: Bernardita Mozó Doren, 20 years old, and her sisters María Magdalena, 16, and María Catalina, 18.

We entrust the special prayers of the entire Schoenstatt Family for the souls of these young girls, as well as consolation for their parents and younger brother at this moment of such great sorrow.
