ARGENTINA, Silvia Losada. The Rosary Campaign of Tucumán began its yearly activities on Saturday, March 10th. The parish leaders attended the first gathering of the year in the Shrine beneath a heavy drizzle. This reminded them about words John had spoken" "…neither wind, nor rain…the little donkey continues…"

But it was not an ordinary gathering. On this day, with excitement, giving of self, and with a great love for the mission, a group of missionaries prayed and placed plants at the place where the John Pozzobon Memorial will be erected.

Rain, John! Is it a blessing that the Eternal Father and Mary are shedding on this place from heaven? Will you Campaign in Tucumán flourish in August, during the great springtime when the memorial will be blessed?

Refuge and resting place for the pilgrim

Lent is a time for reflection and penance. The conquest for this work that all the missionaries have dreamed about also begins, so that in the shadow of the Shrine, the Memorial will be refuge and resting place for the pilgrim.

The password for the conquest is: "John: our Founding Father, Joseph Kentenich’s most precious stone of the crown of holiness".

On August 5th, the Annual Celebration of the Campaign, everyone will renew their commitment as missionaries and the Memorial for John will be blessed, God willing.

Loyal to this year’s motto for the Schoenstatt Family in Argentina: "From the Shrine, missionaries disciples for a Nation of the Family", the Rosary Campaign of Tucumán wants to enrich itself with the graces of the Shrine and to go out in haste with a new visitation of Mary to her children who need her so much.
