ARGENTINA, Nora Bracci/mfk. With the hand on the pulse of time and the ear in the heart of God, the Campaign is always taking care of its mission of being aware of the needs of man. That is how the missionaries inspired by the MTA began the newest modality, the Pilgrim MTA of Serenity and Confidence. This modality that has spread rapidly has also received Joao’s approval from heaven, that is how it was experienced during the Diocesan Journey of the Campaign in Villa Ballester, when the campaign celebrated its 20th anniversary within the framework of the Silver Anniversary of its Shrine. Ana Lucia Perez, who is the current director of the Campaign in Villa Ballester relates: "the missionaries holding on to the Blessed Mother’s hand, have traveled during these 20 years, faithful to the mission, courageously going forth in difficult times with the Pilgrim MTA and a rosary, taking the hopeful message of Jesus to families, youth, the sick, neighbors, colleagues at work, schools, jails, businesses, etc. etc, etc….
The 20th Anniversary of the Campaign motivated the missionaries to convoke a diocesan journey for the first time. Some weeks after the jubilee celebration and after savoring all the blessings the Blessed Mother has given, they are still expressing their gratitude for everything they experienced. There is nothing better than a few testimonies of the many that were received to express what was experienced.
From here…he went out as a missionary
"We dreamed about inviting Joao’s son, but we did not think he would accept the invitation…To our great surprise, Humberto Pozzobon, Joao’s youngest son, traveled with his own son, Joao Luiz, who was born the year his grandfather died and the most meaningful thing is that he was born on same day as his grandfather, December 12th. They were always willing to respond to our questions, especially about their family life with Joao, since we are missionaries and parents like him and we want to follow in his footsteps, with that same certitude in regard to God’s work. God takes care that we can carry out the mission without neglecting the obligations of our state of life. But our Blessed Mother had another surprise for us: At the end of the Holy Mass, Father Guillermo Mario Cassone informed us that three persons would be commissioned as missionaries, one of which, to our surprise, was Humberto Pozzobon, who at the altar and with noticeable emotion received the Pilgrim MTA that Father Guillermo Mario joyfully placed in his hands. When he received the Pilgrim MTA he turned towards us with a joyful face and with his arm outstretched holding the Pilgrim MTA on high. We saw a man who came to Villa Ballester with the prestige of being Joao’s son and from here he left as a missionary. In heaven Joao must be smiling very pleased upon seeing this, just as we were here on earth to experience this unexpected highlight of the journey."

The Pilgrim MTA that Humberto Pozzobon received is the Pilgrim MTA of Serenity and Confidence, in the spirit of Sister Emilie, the new modality of the Campaign that emerged within the framework of the blessing of the Shrine in Belmonte, that besides Brazil has also gone to Germany, Peru and Paraguay, where on September 18, 20 Pilgrim MTA's of Serenity and Confidence were commissioned. Mercedes Mac Donough, Coordinator of the Campaign of Buenos Aires City and one of the initiators of this modality says: "I felt an immense joy to be able to greet Joao’s son and grandson; I never imagined that a Pilgrim MTA of Serenity and Confidence, our new modality, would be in their hands; it is incredible, but that is what happened. May God grant that the Campaign reach the whole world, Joao must be very happy to see that there are many of us who want the Blessed Mother to arrive and to visit all her children on earth".
The Campaign is a gift and a task
"I want to heartily express my gratitude for the heavenly day that I experienced. I congratulate you for the organization and direction of the Journey. Your great dedication and affection for Joao was perceived. I believe that we accomplished the objective we had planned. The great love of Schoenstatt and of Joao, as an example and model, was motivated. I also congratulate Joao’s son and grandson, who made this feast beautiful and fruitful. I also believe that the presence of Monsignor Rodriguez in the Holy Mass shows the importance of the occasion. Finally, I must confess that I am more enthused about working for the canonization of Joao, since I can count on the devotees of Villa Ballester.

"What are we celebrating? The 20 years of pilgrimage with the Blessed Mother. The dynamic of the Journey was excellent, above all that of the youth who will be the ones who succeed us. The group work was very helpful, the enriching testimonies will help us grow, and be able to transmit it to the whole world.

It was a marvelous day, full of immense love. You were able to clearly transmit the interior treasure that Rosita Ciola invited us to find today, your efforts guided by the Blessed Mother produced results that surpassed all expectations. It was great to experience such important and unforgettable things such as: sharing with delegations from the interior of our country as well as outside of our country, with the son and grandson of Joao, with Father Argemiro Ferracioli, with Father Guillermo Mario Cassone, with Mr. Enrique Soros, who transmitted the love the Blessed Mother and the Schoenstatt Family with great joy and warmth, and the highlight was the Holy Mass celebrated by our Bishop, Monsignor Guillermo Rodriguez Milgarejo. I remember the words of our Founder: "Gifts are tasks". The fertile crop of today, will have an abundant harvest that will make our Campaign family grow.

"We truly experienced a heavenly day. We felt the great presence of the Holy Spirit in the dynamic of the youth who came to inflame our hearts so that we could fully experience the journey; God the Father, so giving and merciful, helped us every minute above all during the difficulties, that obviously are always present, but thanks to them we were able to contribute to our Capital of Grace; Jesus with his Mother took care that we would not run out of the good wine, above all the wine of love to accept unity in diversity, the wine of understanding so that everything would develop in a harmonious and fraternal atmosphere, and the wine of the acceptance of the things that did not happen as we would have liked; but the most beautiful thing was that we were all here: Father Kentenich smiling and blessing us from heaven, Joao, who with great affection, saw the continuation of his work, and Father Esteban had to be present, encouraging us and inspiring new roads for us to continue to explore, we were all present, even those who could not be present physically but were present spiritually were here with us contributing a precious gift with their enormous Capital of Grace.
It was certainly an intense day, full of joy and of a great Family spirit, since we started planning the feast of the 25th Anniversary of our beloved Nazareth Shrine.
Father Cassone’s talk gave us two assignments: To make this name of Mary better known, and to continue expanding the Campaign towards the west, so that no region of the capital or of greater Buenos Aires be without the presence of the Blessed Mother.
Now we must express our gratitude to the Blessed Mother for all the experiences of this Journey and also for the fruits that surely will come from it.
Once more, beloved Mother, we place everything in your maternal hands offering our humble but loyal missionary hearts from the Nazareth Shrine so that you will always be the one who guides us, educates us, and will take us to the new places that must still be conquered. Today with a renewed and a committed heart we again say: "Nothing without You, Nothing without Us"
