PANAMÁ, Michelle Meunier y Rodrigo Arriagada. The Blessed Mother is conquering hearts in Panama with the Pilgrim MTA and with the great help of Father Rómulo Aguilar!

May 18th in Panama was a very blessed day for us. We are from Santiago, Chile, and we came to live in Panama six months ago because of an offer for work.

We did not know what the Blessed Mother had prepared for us here… On May 18th at 9:30 a.m. there was a Mass with a group of missionaries who have faithfully have accompanied the Pilgrim MTA for several years. The beginnings of the Rosary Campaign in Panama originated through the mission of Father Esteban Uriburu, who introduced Father Rómulo Aguilar to the Campaign initiated by John Pozzobon. Was it a coincidence that this encounter was held on the day in which the documents for the process of canonization of John Pozzobon arrived in Rome?

We talked about how to listen to what the Blessed Mother wants of these missionaries during this new stage in which strength is renewed to reach more families with the picture of our Blessed Mother of Schoenstatt.

The first Schoenstatt Couples Groupt

At 7:00 p.m. we met with what seems to be the first Schoenstatt Couples Group in Panama. We are 6 couples who want to generate something new and to learn about the movement and how it can help us in our daily lives.

We felt like those first communities who were not clear about what God was asking of each one of them, but we are aware of the Yes we should give to each one of the things that the Blessed Mother asks of us along the way.

For now we will meet on the 18th of each month to help the growth of the Movement in Panama in order to receive help from the Schoenstatt Fathers and Family.

There is so much to do in this noble land that now welcomes us and receives us along with the Schoenstatt message that we bring to them from Chile.

We are especially grateful to Father Rómulo, who helps us and opens all doors for us so we can share our experience in the Movement with the friends from the Church of Saint Martha in Panama City.

We need many prayers so that the Movement will continue to grow here.
