Anniversary of Fr. Augustine Kizito’s death conmemorated in Rome – citing memories published at the Schoenstatt Site

ROME, Simon Donnelly. Today, one year ago, an African priest in our house, the French Seminary in Rome, died. I wrote my memories of him for the Schoenstatt site, which were kindly posted, and then were kindly translated into Italian, Spanish, and German. Well, no French (but very few French readers!)... until now.

Today, we celebrated Mass in our house for the first anniversary of Fr Kizito's death. And our rector preached. He asked me if I minded if he used some bits of what I wrote last year...

Now, you may ask yourself: how could he? Because he can't read English... Well, he could use what I wrote because he had read it in... Italian!
