MEXICO, Rogelio Arguelles Cavazos. Cum Sacro from the Latin Cum "with" "together with" "at the same time as" and Sacro "sacred" "holy" "dedicated to God". This is the meaning of "Consecrated", and this points precisely to the decision that some families from Monterrey made when they welcomed the call of Jesus our Lord on Sunday February 24th sealing their Covenant of Love with Mary in the Schoenstatt Shrine in Monterrey, "Mary the Way to Heaven". "Is it possible to include the news of Our Covenant of Love with the Blessed Mother in the newsletter?", they asked a few days after sealing their Covenant. This shows that they experienced it as it is: each Covenant of Love, a history making event, an event that deserves to be shared with all the Family! The best company that they can have on this road to JesusOn February 24th, they offered their daily activities, they admitted their faults and they showed their interest to continue to grow spiritually by the hand of the Blessed Mother. In this way, after the Eucharist, Cinthya and Jesús Flores, Ana Miriam and Enrique de la Vega, Maya and Eduardo Martinez and Hilda and Rogelio Argulles received the blessing from Father Marcel Mouras and they committed to make abundant contributions to the Capital of Grace and to contribute to the building the Kingdom of God with their lives. This Sunday, as families, they culminated the time of preparation of almost three years in which, if there were failings and some times of discouragement, the love for the Blessed Mother and the desire to continue by her hand on this road toward Jesus has produced fruit and they are completely convinced that the Blessed Mother is the best company they can have on this road to Jesus and they have given an "Unconditional Yes". During this touching celebration each couple humbly recognized that this consecration is a gift from God, they gave thanks for being chosen to belong to the Schoenstatt Family. They asked the Blessed Mother for joy and generosity so they can continue on this new road of Christian life, knowing that the Covenant of Love with Mary is a source of blessing for their life as a family and as married couples.
