ARGENTINA,…"There is a German song that says: What was possible yesterday is possible today", these were the initial words of Father Guillermo Carmona in the Covenant of Love celebration in the City Shrine, in Buenos Aires this 31st of May: Mary planted the rose bush of the Covenant of Love in the hearts of eight persons who participate in the Campaign and who were summoned by the coordinators…
What gift should we present to the MTA for the 10th Anniversary of the City Shrine?
What else could it be?, thought Cristina White, who belongs to the coordinating team of the Campaign: thousands of covenants! And the coordinators acted immediately..full of zeal and with great success - they went out to conquer future allies, inviting the families that participate in the Rosary Campaign to seal the Covenant of Love. As a symbol of this consecration, Mary planted a rose bush in my heart, was the nucleus of the talk of preparation for the Covenant, f Love that took place last week, in this way transforming the rose bush as the symbol of the Covenant of Love and of its later cultivation. Many of the persons who were present brought a bouquet of roses, in allusion to that rose bush that the Blessed Mother gives us.
Mother, greet me and greet my loved ones
The Shrine was resplendent with its white flowers, crowning the Diocesan Auxiliary that presided over the simple,, but at the same time very important ceremony, not only for those who sealed their Covenant of Love and two young persons who renewed it, one of whom did not know when she arrived at the Shrine that the Covenant of Love would be sealed, but freely and spontaneously joined in with her candle. Relatives also participated: husbands and children. Next week eight more persons, who were unable to attend on this day, will seal the Covenant of Love. Each time there is a stronger eagerness to seal this "expeditious" Covenant of Love, as one lady called it.
After the gospel of the day - The Visitation of Mary - the feast day that was celebrated, Father Guillermo Carmona, Director of the Movement, gave a brief talk. He explained that Father Kentenich had an image or a scene -the Visitation - that accompanied him when he was in the concentration camp in Dachau and an ejaculation: "Mother, greet me, transformed into a plea before the suffering of others: Mother, greet him. "Greet my beloved ones, those I carry in my heart; may she greet those of us who are here today"

When Mary irrupts into our life, Father Carmona continued, saying, three miracles are produced:
In the first place, it overcomes us with joy. When she arrived at the house of Elizabeth, the house was full of joy. We experience that the deserts have left and now this oasis, which is Mary, appears. She always gives us a new and different joy. In the difficult moments of our life, that we all have and we are going to have, we think about that very special day, that will make us live everything in another way. In second place, Mary generates a living presence of Jesus. Where ever the king is the queen is also present, wherever the mother is the children are present, where Mary is Jesus is present. Starting today, when you ask her to inscribe her name in your hearts, and She inscribes yours in her heart, you will never be alone. She always carries Christ on her breast and she wants to make him present in you. In the third place, Mary has the power to solve, in part, all the difficulties of our life. She comes to serve us, and also to serve us in all our necessities. Especially, in the most vital necessity of man today: the thirst for love.
"The Covenant of Love is a new Visitation of Mary, where She comes and penetrates the homes, the atmospheres, and the hearts. And She always remains loyal".
Making the great Garden of God bloom
The culminating moment of presenting those who would seal the Covenant of Love arrived. With joy reflected on their faces, they prayed: "Thank your for inviting me to seal the Covenant of Love with you and in this way start a new way of greater commitment to God. I give all that I am and what I have: my loved ones, my preoccupations, my joys, my work, and above all my heart. Accept all this as Capital of Grace for the expansion of your Kingdom, which is the Kingdom of your Son. May the Covenant of Love transform me more as your child, loyal disciple and witness of Jesus Christ, at the service of the Church and the New Evangelization…"
Next week another Covenant of Love celebration will take place - and one more- and one more…until the Shrine is flooded with the rose bushes that the Blessed Mother wants to plant in the hearts of her children, who are willing to take care of them and make them grow, filling them with the aroma of the testimony of their lives. All this care will permit that their growth will be so abundant that the Blessed Mother will be able to make them bloom, from its shoots, new rose bushes will grow…so that from the Shrine, homes, workplaces, parishes, the church, will be transformed into a great Garden of God on earth, an anticipated Paradise.
