Bajo el lema "Vivir contigo" 4.000 personas en Liebfrauenhöhe celebraron el sábado el cincuenta aniversario del Santuario. Esta fiesta multicolor de la fe fue acompañada por un sol radiante. "¡Esta es Iglesia que vive y motiva!", tal fue uno de los muchos comentarios. "Vivir contigo, Dios; vivir contigo, María; vivir contigo, Santuario; vivir contigo, Padre Kentenich; vivir contigo, personas a mi lado, en mi profesión, en nuestra Iglesia, en nuestro mundo". Talleres, conferencias, oración, música y muchos diálogos personales dejaron experimentar lo que motiva a las personas y lo que desde aquí obra María desde hace cincuenta años. Todo transcurrió en una alegre, espontánea y viva atmósfera de fe y cordial vinculación.

El punto culminante del día fue la Misa solemne con el obispo Dr. Gebhard Fürst, quien se sintió impresionado por el entusiasmo y la vivacidad de los schoenstattianos y agradeció por Liebfrauenhöhe y su  "gran significado como importante centro espiritual para la diócesis".
