SCHOENSTATT, Cousett Ruelas. A snapshot taken of the PressOffice Schoenstatt on March 16, 2002, a day with lots of work and lots of volunteers who are spending their free time helping with translations, reports, and other tasks, thus widening the team of co-workers who at the moment come from Argentina, Paraguay, Brazil, Chile, Ecuador, Bolivia, Mexico, USA, Puerto Rico, Canada, Costa Rica, Zimbabwe, Burundi, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, England, Scotland, Croatia, Hungary, Switzerland, and Australia.

Schoenstatt proved to be true to its name on Saturday, March 16, as it was truly a beautiful gorgeous day. With the sun shining and filling the sky so was the PressOffice Schönstatt bustling with life of springtime. With the newest addition to computers all four computers were being used to their fullest potential with translations, web designing, corrections and browsing the web.

Articles, Translations, Pictures

Many activities quickly filled the day. The Superior General of the Bothers of Mary came to bring a CD. Sr. Cecilia from the Dominican Republic and Sr. Rosana from Paraguay came down from Berg Schoenstatt to visit us. The marveled at the wonderful work we were all doing. They were saddened to leave the lively office when their work was done. Sr. Kornelia ran to catch some information about the grandparents' meeting, and to afterwards meet with a Filipino family from Frankfurt by the Adoration Church.

Many of the girls staying here for the three month program sponsored by the Sisters of Mary, also came down during their free time to help with the many activities around the office. Maria Elena (Ecuador) beautifully translated the newest news from around the world from English to Spanish. Ester (Chile) started an article on her experience in Cuba. Macarena (Chile) was also around starting to put together an article on the life and activities of the Chilean Girlsī Youth. Cousett (Texas, USA) ran around trying to find a free computer and when discovered that so many were busily doing such wonderful things resolved to take pictures of all the life instead!
