The small home printer could not keep up with all the many emails that came in the last week of Advent– let us remember that schoenstatt.org has no headquarters or office. So on 18, 19, 20 of December, a partial delivery of all these letters sent to the MTA in the Original Shrine was made filling the jar to the brim
They came especially from Latin America – Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Paraguay, Puerto Rico, Ecuador, México, and Panamá – but also from the United States, Spain, the Philippines, South Africa, Australia, India, France and Germany. There is so much trust, so many stories, so much sorrow and love in these letters. How many people are taken in this way to our Bethlehem, to our Shrine? Only the Mother Thrice Admirable knows, and that is enough.
On Christmas Eve, all these letters, with all their stories of love and trust, will be in the Original Shrine. Two members of schoenstatt.org’s “Dreamteam”, Mary Cole and Roberto González, will pray on behalf of everyone, in front of the Blessed Sacrament for everyone that entrusted their letters into our hands, for everyone that in this manner filled the Original Shrine with capital of grace.
