The “Little Campaign” emerged in 1999 when a missionary, who was concerned about the birth of a premature baby – born at the seventh month of development- took a Pilgrim MTA to the family. For fifteen years, the Pilgrim MTA, in a small picture, has accompanied babies who are struggling for their lives and their parents.
