The 26th Workers’ Pilgrimage from Paraná took place on Sunday, 5 June, from Our Lady of the Rosary Cathedral (Monte Caseros 51, Paraná), to the La Loma Schoenstatt Shrine. The workers gathered and walked — as they do every year – to express gratitude for those who have work and pray for those who are seeking employment.
The pilgrims departed at 2:00 p.m. and upon arriving at the shrine at approximately 4:00 p.m., they participated in a Mass.
The pilgrimage
This pilgrimage began in 1989 as an initiative of the Schoenstatt Family League as a way to celebrate the birthday of the La Loma Shrine, which was blessed on 31 May 1975.
At every edition, gratitude is expressed for those who have work, and they pray for those who are unemployed.
