FRANCIS ON THE APOSTOLATE • On January 25, Pope Francis delivered his third Catechesis on the very Schoenstatt theme: “Passion for evangelization: the apostolic zeal of the believer” and presented Jesus as “master of proclamation”. For this, he reflected concretely on “the first proclamation of Jesus” when he preached in the synagogue of his town, Nazareth, and read a passage from the prophet Isaiah. Pope Francis identified the five elements that he considers essential: joy, liberation, light, healing and the ability to marvel at the works that God does. —Read More

POPE FRANCES, cycle of catechesis dedicated to the “passion for evangelization” • The Pope speaks about Schoenstatt! How many times it has been the reason for thousands of messages on social networks and great enthusiasm to hear the Holy Father say the word “Schoenstatt”, “Kentenich”, “covenant” … Meanwhile, Pope Francis has also spoken several times to Schoenstatt, the milestone being what he said at the Jubilee audience in 2014. Maria en salida - Confidentia
ARGENTINA, Maria Fischer • Some stop for a moment, look at her and continue on their way. Others touch her with devotion. Some make the sign of the cross. The vast majority pass by without looking or noticing her. “But she looks at them,” says Palmira Marino, who along with other ladies stands at the door, ready to exchange a couple of words with the people who stop, inviting them to leave their intentions in the basket. It is November 18, and like every covenant day, Mary leaves her shrineRead More

Through Frater Franz Salzhuber, Countess Gertraud von Bullion learns about the existence of the Apostolic Federation of Schoenstatt. It is an association of lay people whoRead More
Sermon at the Pontifical High Mass on 18.08.2019 in Schoenstatt, Bishop Dr Michael Gerber, Fulda •   “We live in serious times, and the people are often unable to remain strong through this process of purification that is taking place now. They fall into complaining against God and the good, they lose their faith in the good and in mankind.”[1] —   Dear Sisters and Brothers,   This quotation seems to come from a current commentary on events in our times. “We live in serious times …” We think ofRead More
HOERDE – WHAT NOW? Maria Fischer • After the celebration of the covenant of love at the Original Shrine, and shortly after 10 p.m. on 18 August 2019, while the fire in which the many slips of paper with contributions to the capital of grace was still burning, I saw Dr Michael Gerber, Bishop of Fulda, standing a little distance away. I greeted him and thanked him for his sermon a few hours before during the Mass when everyone was sent out from the International Conference. So many passages remindedRead More

PARAGUAY, Soledad León • Our story begins during 2016 when Schoenstatt’s Mothers’ Branch from Asunción carried out their usual convocation to form new groups.  Twelve women attended that meeting, guided by a profound devotion that they felt for Mary, without imagining what the Blessed Mother had prepared for their lives: feeding the hungry. — Laura González, Diana Arzamendia, Paola Morga, Mirian Larrea, Celeste Bonin, Paola Bieber, Karina Cuellar, Soledad León, Adriana Manzoni, Batania Buzo, Esther Ascurra, and Paola Noguera came from different places, diverse professions, and their own special andRead More
