Three questions…about Schoenstatt of the second century of the Covenant of Love (9)

Today: León Muñoz and Inés Caviglia, from Montevideo, Uruguay answers: They have belonged to the Family Branch for 10 years. León is a cardiologist and Inés is a dentist. They have two daughters, who are 14 and 16 •

Six months into the pilgrimage through the second century of the covenant of love…what is your dream for this Schoenstatt in who we are and where we find ourselves in the Church and in the world, and in our mission?

We see a Schoenstatt that is more committed to the Church and with society, facing new situations of the social and spiritual order that are sometimes complex and even confusing. We see it as a tool that forges leaders to guide the world’s pilgrims toward Christ by Mary’s hand, following Father Kentenich’s prophetic vision.

In order to fulfill this dream, what do we need to avoid or leave behind?

We cannot avoid being in the world, but we should continue seeing Christ as our great and ultimate desire: “With feet on earth, but eyes on heaven.”

In order to fulfill this dream, what practical steps do we have to take?

Much prayer, education in the faith, perseverance and joined to a great hope in our mission as instruments of the Blessed Mother.
