Sinodo
SPAIN, Paz Leiva • We began with enthusiasm the work to participate in the diocesan phase of the synod. It was important to participate, to think very well about the questions that were addressed to us, in order to give our opinion on everything that could be necessary for the Church. We are the Church, so we had a unique opportunity to intervene. — No working groups were formed in the parish, still for fear of Covid, but the parishioners were invited to send their proposals and responses. The parishRead More

ARGENTINA, Martín J. Clavijo • On May 31st, the Visitation of the Blessed Mother, we enthroned the MTA in our parish of St. Raphael the Archangel, in the neighborhood of Villa Devoto. It was exhibited on the altar ofRead More

ARGENTINA, Maria Fischer • There are many ways to remember each year on September 15, the anniversary of Fr. Joseph Kentenich’s death, and this year, it will be in the context of the shocks of the pandemic and a serious questioning of the person of Fr. Kentenich and his family’s relationship with him. It can be done, as always, with Masses, with prayers, with marathons of memories, videos and photos… or, with an Episcopal ordination. By placing the life of a Schoenstatter and thus have a whole Movement at theRead More

A half hour after the simultaneous announcement in Rome and Argentina, an article about “our”Read More

SPAIN, Paz Leiva • Fifteen Schoenstatters were able to attend the National Congress of the Laity, thanks to the good work and perseverance of Susana Arregui, from the Mothers’ Branch, and Manuel Carrasco, from the Family League. Both have been working for many years in ecclesiastical institutions without any support or assistance. Nevertheless, they obtained more places to participate, than they originally had. Three of us from the Family Federation are with Manuel at the Journey of the Secular Apostolate and he encouraged us to participate in the Congress. HeRead More
